No Sound on Apps
Check your mute switch on the iPhone and iPad.

App Not Loading
Un-install the App then reinstall it from the App Store. It may be that you have an Adhoc version of the app loaded to your phone. This version can become outdated and stop functioning. Please reinstall the latest version from the App Store.
